Starting at semester 2008 Winter we have installed a ServicePoint for our students with fixes opening houres.

The ServicePoint helps you with your problems regarding the infrastructure and account, e.g.:

  • forgot your password (bring a legal photo identification and your student's ID card with you)
  • quota exceeded
  • access to emails fails
  • cannot log into VPN
  • cannot log on to Linux or Windows
  • cannot get online with my device
  • a.s.o.

The ServicePoint is available Monday through Friday from 08:00 til 18:00 in room A102.1.

Please, respect the opening houres. The ServicePoint is ran by students, which are getting paid, but need to take their study serious still.

Definitely not part of the duties of the ServicePoint are:

  • install Windows somewhere
  • install Linux somewhere
  • install Java or yet another software on a private device
