Servicepoint FB02

Since the beginning of the winter semester 2008 we have set up a Servicepoint for students with fixed opening hours.

This Servicepoint is your first point of contact in case of problems regarding your account in the Department of Computer Science, e. g. :

  • Forgot your password/ account (bring an official photo ID and your student ID)
  • Quota overrun
  • Can't access my emails
  • Can't access VPN
  • Can't log in to Linux in the pool rooms
  • Can't log in to Windows in the pool rooms
  • etc.

In case of these problems, the Servicepoint is available Monday to Friday from 8 am to 6 pm in room A102.1.

Please take these opening hours into consideration. The Servicepoint is provided by student assistants who are paid for it, but still want to study themselves.

No task of the servicepoint:

  • To install Windows on a notebook
  • To install Linux on a notebook
  • To install Java or any other software on private notebooks
